HOME comes from filmmakers whose work reflects the inspirational storytelling tradition behind films such as Soul Surfer, Reagan, On a Wing and a Prayer, and Soul on Fire.

The true story that inspired HOME.
HOME is inspired by the life and legacy of George Müller, a man whose unwavering faith and compassion transformed the lives of thousands of orphaned children. Born in 1805, Müller devoted his life to caring for vulnerable children, advancing education, and sharing the Gospel around the world. His belief that every child deserved love, dignity, and a home continues to inspire the themes at the heart of this film.

We want people to walk into our movie and walk out feeling inspired to become better people. We understand the responsibility filmmakers have to help direct culture, and we want to direct it positively by planting seeds through stories with great characters you can look up to, learn from, and be challenged by.
We also want HOME to inspire and challenge. We want audiences to step out of their comfort zone, whether that means moving forward with an adoption, saying yes to a mission trip to serve children, or simply showing up for a child who needs someone in their corner. That mission lives at Dayspring Meadows and in the heart of this story.
Children have a way of breaking down barriers, softening hearts, and helping us grow into who we were meant to be. That is the story we set out to tell, and that is the story we hope stays with you long after the credits roll.

The message of HOME extends beyond the screen. We are honored to partner with organizations serving vulnerable children both locally and globally.
